Candidates seeking for admission should make request for application form which can be purchased at the 1, Yetkem Avenue, off Ajasa Command, Road, Lagos for 2000 Naira throughout the academic year. 

The admission form is accompanied with the Institute’s prospectus which should be properly read, forms filled and duly endorsed by parent or guardian in addition with:
