Raheem Sterling has become the most expensive English soccer player of all time. The reported $76 million fee Manchester City has paid Liverpool for Sterling makes the England national team star more expensive than the likes of Wayne Rooney and David Beckham. He has signed a five-year-deal with the club.

A military barrack in Russia collapsed killing 23 people while 19 people were seriously injured. The Barack which is located in Omsk, is in southern Russia just north of Kazakhstan. It collapse on Sunday evening according to the Tass News agency.

CHILD TRAFFICKING- Woman arrested for selling 18 months old baby


A child selling racket was busted in Telangana's Nalgonda district on Wednesday with the arrest of a woman, who allegedly sold an 18-month-old girl, and a couple who bought the baby, the police said.

Suspected Female Bomber beaten to death by Mob


The Nigerian Police Force in northeast Nigeria, on Wednesday said they were hunting the mob who beat a woman to death and burnt her body after suspecting that she was a suicide bomber.
The woman, identified by her mother as 33-year-old Thabita Haruna, was killed on Sunday in Bauchi after she allegedly refused to undergo a security screening at a city market.
